I contacted customer support both on the proper forum and sent in a ticket but they just parroted back solutions that don't line up with the problem I'm having, even though I provided them detailed information of the problem and a screenshot.
Only certain things work like importing images and mp3 and rendering out mp3 files. The program loads up just fine, but whenever I try to import video or render video, I get the same popup and am unable to do anything. Please make sure it has been entered correctly or contact the MAGIX customer support" even though 2 seconds earlier it says everything activated properly, even so much as having my computer show up filling the second activation slot on the website (also shown below). Upon using the activation serial number and proper email, it tells me it's successfully activated, but once the program starts loading up for the first time I get that "The activation code is incorrect. I provided step by step pics of the issue below as well. Particularly, this computer I'm using is taking up the second slot. So I've ran into a huge snag trying to activate Vegas Pro 18.
